What if I can't make my time or I'm running late?

We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to reschedule your experience, please contact Locked In Escape Room – Logan, Utah at (435) 374-8699 at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance so we can assist you in booking a new time.

 

Requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may not be accommodated, as your reserved time may not be able to be rebooked.

 

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.

Can I add more people after I've booked a game?

 

Yes! If you’ve already booked a game and additional guests would like to join your party, they’re welcome to arrive with you and pay in person on the day of your game.

 

If you prefer to pay for additional participants in advance, please call us at (435) 374-8699.

 

Please note that groups may not exceed the listed maximum player limit by more than two (2) additional participants.

What began in Japan in 2007 has grown into a global phenomenon, with thousands of escape rooms across more than 65 countries. Since arriving in the U.S. in 2012, the industry has exploded—and it’s only getting bigger.

Locked In Escape Room is proud to be part of that growth, with plans to expand throughout Utah.

How hard are your rooms?
 

Our games are designed to deliver unforgettable experiences for everyone. With a wide variety of themes and difficulty levels, each adventure offers its own unique feel, story, and challenge.

 

Every room is crafted to be fun and engaging—never frustrating. You know your group best, so if you’re considering one of our more intense experiences (like The Haunting of Moonrise Manor), you may want to choose a lighter, more adventurous option like Dead Man’s Grotto.

 

We recommend reviewing each room’s description before booking to ensure the best possible fit for your group.

 

Whether you’re planning a family outing, date night, birthday party, corporate event, or just looking to try something beyond the usual “dinner and a movie,” we’ve got an experience for you.

Will I be put with people I don't Know?

​

All of our games are currently private. This means you will only be In the room with people who you have invited.

What is prohibited in a game room?

 

You may not bring:

• Weapons of any kind

• Gum

• Vape pens or electric cigarettes

• Flasks

• Cigarettes, cigars or any other form of tobacco

• Illegal drugs

• Purses and backpacks

• Markers, stickers, or spray-paint

• Phones, cameras, electronic devices (unless you are a professional on call)

• Food

• Any item that challenges public safety

 

Non-alcoholic drinks that are in a spill-proof container may be allowed. If you have an item that you are unsure about taking in, check with the receptionist first for approval. Employees of Locked In Escape Room, Logan, Utah always reserve the right to decide for or against the container that you want to bring in.

How do you play?

No special skills required—just bring your team and your brainpower. Every group needs a mix of thinkers, spotters, and “wait…what if we try this?” people. You might even discover a hidden talent (or finally prove you were right all along).

 

Good news: we’ve got the gear covered. No need for flashlights, tools, or lockpicking kits—just your curiosity, creativity, and inner detective.

 

Talk to each other! While part of your team is cracking one clue, others might be uncovering something across the room. Share what you find, connect the dots, and celebrate those “aha!” moments together.

Coming back for round two? Try to beat your best time or bring new friends along. Just remember—no spoilers! Let the newcomers enjoy the thrill of figuring it out.

When can you visit our escape room?
 

Ready when you are! With a little advance planning, you can book an experience at Locked In Escape Room – Logan almost any day, any time, year-round. Rain, snow, or blazing Utah heat—we’ve got you covered indoors.

 

Our regular hours run Monday through Saturday, and weekends tend to fill up fast, so booking online is your best bet.

 

Spontaneous? We love that. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows—but no promises if the rooms are already packed with customers.
